- Etsy is a very competitive marketplace. As a new seller, it may be difficult for you to get noticed.
- Fees such as listing, commission and Paypal can add up but it is still meagre compared to other sites, Just include them when pricing your product.
- Etsy owns your shop and if for some reason they close or sell their site you stand to lose all your feedback and links garnered.
- Customers refer to all the shops as Etsy and not their individual names, which makes your shop forgettable.
